We offer salon quality press on gel nails in a variety of styles, colours and shapes.

We also sell extra nail sticker sheets and glue.

At Snap Nails we love the ability to change our style and re-use our nails to suit any occasion.

Using your Snap Nails

How to apply

1. Pick your sizes and lay out in order

2. Gently buff/file your nails (remove any nail polish or glue)

3. Clean nails with alcohol pad

4. Let's apply!

  • Glue - apply a thin layer to Snap Nail and your nail
  • Sticker - find correct size and remove from pack, place on your nail, once on nail remove outer sticker
  • Place Snap Nail on to the base of nail bed at a 45 degree angle
  • Press and hold for 10 seconds

(We recommend starting on the smallest finger of each hand and working your way to your thumbs).

5. You're done! We recommend avoiding water for at least 1 hour post application

TIP: if your natural nails are shorter, try placing stickers on horizontally rather than vertically

Glue vs stickers

Want your Snap Nails on for a long time, aka 2 weeks? Then glue is for you

Want your Snap Nails for a good time, not a long time? Then stickers are for you.

Want to reuse your Snap Nails? We recommend using stickers in the first instance.

How to remove

Soak nails in warm water with some soap until you can feel the glue or sticker soften. Once this happens grab your cuticle stick and gentle place it between your Snap Nail and natural nail to lightly remove. If it is not easily coming off, soak for a little longer.

Our favourite soaking method is in a warm bath enjoying our favourite beverage.

How to get the most out of your Snap Nails

There are several ways you can prolong the use of your Snap Nails:

  • wearing gloves when washing dishes
  • ensuring you take the time to select the right size
  • lightly file the tip of your Snap Nails for an even surface

Life happens, so we also recommend having some spare stickers or glue in your bag, just incase.

What are Snap Nails made of?

Snap Nails are gel press on nails. Ingredients can be found on the box and below:

Gel nails material: Methacrylate Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (MABS)

(MABS) MSDS : 2-Methyl-2-propenoic acid methyl ester homopolymer, 2-Propenenitrile polymer with 1,3- butadiene and ethenylbenzene, Manganese

Glue Ingredients: Ethyl Cyanoacrylate, Polymethyl Methacrylate, BHA.

Adhesive Tabs/ jelly glue: Polyetylene Terephthalate, Acrylates Copolymer, Polyethylene.

Alcohol Pad: 75% Ethyl Alcohol, 25% Water

How much does shipping cost?

Our shipping prices are as follows for Australia:

  • $8.95 for standard tracked shipping (2-8 business days)
  • Free standard shipping for orders over $70 (automatically applied at checkout)
  • $14.95 for express shipping (2-3 business days)

Will I be able to track my order?

Yes you will!

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

You can use this number to track your package on the carrier’s site.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship to both Australia and the United States!

What if I receive a defective or incorrect order?

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at info@snapnails.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.

Returns

Do you accept returns?

Yes we do, we have a 21 Day Return Policy. Returns must be unused, unopened and in their original condition.
