Return Policy
At Snap Nails, we want you to love your press-on nails! If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30 day return policy from the date of delivery.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
The product must be returned, unopened, in its original packaging with all accessories, including any protective backing, instruction cards, or promotional items that were included in your original order.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Used or worn press-on nails are not eligible for return.
Items that have been altered, opened, or damaged after delivery are non-refundable.
Clearance or sale items are not eligible for return.
3. How to Return Your Order
To initiate a return, please contact us via email at info@snapnails.com.au Include your order number and reason for return.
Our team will provide you with a Return Authorisation (RA) number and return instructions.
Return shipping is at the customer's expense, unless the product is defective or we made an error with your order.
4. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@snapnails.com.au.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or defective products.
5. Defective or Damaged Items
If your press-on nails are defective or arrive damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
We may request photos or further details of the damage to process your claim and provide a replacement or refund.
6. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your press-on nails for a different style, size, or colour, please follow the return process and place a new order.
